On  the 24 th of  February, 2022 the Education Forum “Teacher Practitioner or Teacher Researcher? Qualification Dilemma of Teacher Trust ”. About 100 participants attended the event. The introduction was presented by prof. dr. Artūras Žukauskas (Chairman of the Education and Science Committee of the Parliament  of the Republic of Lithuania), dr. Nijolė Putrienė (Head of the Teachers’ Activity Division of the Ministry of Education, Science and Sports of the Republic of Lithuania).

Prof. dr. Lina Kaminskienė presented the announcement  “Doctoral Studies in Education: Which Way are We Going in Lithuania?”. Prof. habil. dr. Vilma Žydžiūnaitė presented the announcement “Specifics of Teacher Studies in Doctoral Studies: Models of Doctoral Studies and International Experience”.
In the disscusion participated Vilma Bačkiūtė (Adviser to the President of the Republic of Lithuania (Education, Science and Culture Group), dr. Mindaugas Nefas (Director of Vytautas Magnus University Lyceum Socratus), Inga Nekrošienė (Deputy Director of the Education Assistance Department of the National Education Agency), prof. habil. dr. Vilija Targamadzė (Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Education and Science of the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania). Conclusions were drawn  by prof. dr. Liudmila Rupšienė (president of the Lithuanian Educational Research Association), prof. dr. Loreta Žadeikaitė (Chief Adviser of the Department of Studies, Science and Technology of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences). The forum was moderated by dr.
