STEAM Education in Relation to Humanities, Social Sciences and Arts<\/strong>&#8221; on 23 May 2024, the Chair of the Network for Teacher Training and Professional Development <strong>prof. dr. R\u016bta Girdzijauskien\u0117<\/strong> (Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, Klaip\u0117da University) gave a presentation on &#8222;<strong>When Science Meets Art: the interaction of Science And arts Subjects in STEAM Education&#8221;<\/strong>. The presentation is available <a href=\"https:\/\/lera.lt\/ppt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2024\/05\/STEAM-edukacinis-forumas_Rutos_pranesimas.pdf\">here.<\/a><br \/>\nThere will be presentations and moderation of the Teacher Education and Professional Development section at the LETA 2024 conference.\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-1\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-1\">Network Activities 2023<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-1\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n<p>1. Participation in LERA 2023 activities.<\/p>\n<p>2. Moderated and presented\u00a0 announcements in the <strong>Teacher Education and Professional Development<\/strong> section at the LERA 2023 conference.<\/p>\n<p>3. Participated and presented papers in the LERA 2023 Education Forums.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-2\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-2\">Network Activities 2022<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-2\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n1. Organised and conducted two sessions &#8211; Teacher Education and Teacher Professional Development &#8211; at the 6th LERA Annual Conference.<br \/>\n2. Presentations on Teacher Education and Professional Development at national and international conferences. Various consultations, discussions, forums on teacher education and professional development.<br \/>\n3. Five members of the network are members of the working group &#8222;On the Establishment of a Task Force for the Renewal of the Teacher Training Model&#8221; set up by the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport.<br \/>\n4.
