The Educational Forum to discuss the results of research 2020 conducted in the field of education to deal with the consequences of COVID-19 took place on the 25th of  February in 2021.This forum was attended by over 200 participants.

The welcome speech was given by Deputy Minister of Education, Science and Sports of the Republic of Lithuania dr. Ramūnas Skaudžius and Chairman of the Lithuanian Science Council prof. Romas Baronas. There were presented reports of research in the field of education on the consequences of COVID-19: Distance education during pandemics and other crisis situations (VMU); Distance education of children during the COVID-19 pandemic: threats and opportunities from an ecosystem perspective (VU); Distance working and training process organization model and recommendations for extreme and transition period (KTU, VGTU, VU). The closing speech was given by the prof. dr. Liudmila Rupšienė (President of LERA),  and prof. dr. Loreta Žadeikaitė (Chief Adviser of the Ministry of Education, Science and Sports of the Republic of Lithuania).
