In 2021, on the 4th of May,  the OECD presented a report entitled „21st Century Readers : Developing Literacy in the Digital World”.

The report presents the results of PISA and other studies:

• how the reading skills needed by the 21st century are being developed in the 21st century in the technological world;
• what are the potentially best ways to enhance students’ ability to navigate the new world of information;
• how countries need to step up their efforts to combat the growing digital divide;
• How teachers can help students select information, avoid getting lost in false knowledge, and manage the complexity of information.
