The dissertation „Female School Principals’ Professional Identity  Construction During Multiple  Educational  Interaction” aims to bring new insights into the internal culture of education management, focusing on the issue of ensuring human rights and equality through (in) assessment of women in educational management positions. The dissertation research reveals how school leaders construct professional identity in multiple educational interactions, what are the regularities and peculiarities of this process. The epistemology of interactive ethnography applied in the dissertation reveals the importance of the school head ‘s ability to be both an active and passive leader of the cultural group in education management. The passive side is significant in that it promotes the independent dynamics of the field of education management, ensures the fostering and continuity of the local culture. Active leadership, manifested in purposeful actions, enables to direct the processes of change, resistance to stereotypes, power and hierarchy transformation to rethinking local culture, organizing reflection and is significant in helping to maintain a harmonious and consistent process of professional identity construction through different educational interactions. experience of confrontations and allow the acquisition of new knowledge.
